Welcome to LJ’S CLEANING SOLUTIONS, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a distinguished provider of comprehensive cleaning services operating as professional Business Service Contractors (BSCs) and holding General Contracting KB-2 license ROC #296867. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of our official website (https://ljscleaningsolutions.com/) and the full spectrum of professional cleaning services we provide. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or otherwise interacting with our enterprise, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms. Should you dissent from any provision contained herein, you are expressly prohibited from utilizing our website or services.

As experienced Business Service Contractors, we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled quality, reliability, and professionalism in every engagement, whether for commercial, residential, or specialized personal cleaning requirements.
1. Parties, Scope, and Incorporation
1.1 Parties. These Terms govern services provided by LJ’s Cleaning Solutions to the entity or person identified on a related Statement of Work (SOW), estimate, contract, or invoice (“Client”).
1.2 Scope. Services include, as applicable: commercial janitorial services, residential cleaning, specialized facility maintenance (pressure washing, window cleaning, floor care), post-construction clean-up, automotive detailing, and related strategic support.
1.3 Incorporation. Each SOW, contract, order form, or invoice incorporates these Terms; collectively the “Agreement.” In the event of conflict, the order of precedence is: (1) The signed contract, (2) Invoice-specific terms, and (3) These Terms.
2. Term; Scheduling; Changes
2.1 Term. The Agreement starts on the earlier of the effective date in a SOW/Contract or when we begin performing services, and continues through the specified term or the end of the latest active recurring invoice cycle.
2.2 Rescheduling & Changes. Client may request reschedules or changes in writing. Material changes to scope, timelines, or locations may require a written change order and adjusted fees.
3. Services and Client Responsibilities
3.1 Our Services. We plan and execute cleaning services professionally and in good faith. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the scope of work defined in the Agreement.
3.2 Client Responsibilities. Client will:
- Provide timely access to premises, including keys, codes, or security clearance.
- Ensure a safe working environment for our personnel.
- Comply with all laws applicable to Client’s business (e.g., licensing, industry rules).
- Promptly review and approve deliverables or completed work.
3.3 Compliance Acknowledgments.
- Platform Policies: If digital services are provided, Client understands that ads/content are subject to platform rules (e.g., Google/Meta).
- Email/SMS: Client is responsible for obtaining legally valid consent for communications and honoring opt-outs.
- Privacy: Where we process personal information on Client’s behalf, we do so as a “service provider” under applicable laws (e.g., CPRA/CCPA).
4. SMS/Text Messaging (A2P) Terms
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive automated text messages (SMS) from LJ’s Cleaning Solutions.
4.1 Description of Services. You may receive Service-Based Messages (confirmations, reminders, updates) and Marketing Messages (promotions, special offers if separately opted-in).
4.2 Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or OUT to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message stating you have been unsubscribed.
4.3 Help. Reply HELP to any message or email info@ljscleaningsolutions.com for assistance.
4.4 Message and Data Rates. Standard rates from your carrier may apply. We are not responsible for these charges.
4.5 Privacy. Your phone number and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, website, or opt in to receive SMS messages. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
6. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment
6.1 Fees. Fees are set in the SOW/invoice. Recurring services are invoiced on a set schedule.
6.2 Due Dates & Late Fees. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon receipt. Past-due balances accrue a late fee (the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law) and a $25 administrative follow-up charge.
6.3 Chargebacks. Client agrees to contact us first with any billing dispute. We will submit the contract, invoice, and proof of service as evidence in any dispute workflow.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Recurring Services. Either party may cancel future months with 30 days’ written notice. Work already performed remains payable.
7.2 One-time Projects. If Client cancels less than 72 hours before a scheduled service, a 50% late cancellation fee may apply to cover labor and resource allocation.
7.3 Refunds. Labor, strategy, and management time are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled.
8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
8.1 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by Client to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages shall be recoverable.
8.2 Indemnity. Client will indemnify us from third-party claims arising from Client’s premises, products, services, or failure to obtain necessary permissions.
9. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing IP. Upon full payment, final deliverables (e.g., specific reports or custom content) are assigned to Client, excluding our underlying processes, know-how, and tools.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
10.1 Good-Faith Resolution. Parties will confer in good faith to resolve disputes within 15 days.
10.2 Arbitration. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona (Maricopa County) under AAA Commercial Rules.
10.3 Governing Law. Arizona law governs this Agreement, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
