LJ’s Cleaning Solutions employees are trained and insured professionals who bring all of the products and equipment needed for each job.

LJ’s initial cleaning service will provide cleaning crews after Interior decorators to decrease the stress around model openings. We will also provide small crews as needed on the following day to clean up after last minute work.

LJ’s will then set up a maintenance-cleaning program for once or twice a week. All cleaning will be done either before the model home openings or during business hours. LJ’s will efficiently clean sales offices and construction trailers as needed and maintain them on a regularly scheduled basis.

TJ’s typical service includes shall include, but is not limited to, the cleaning of:

• Vinyl and Ceramic Tile Floors Mopped
• All Carpet Vacuumed
• Light Fixtures Cleaned
• Baseboards Cleaned
• Walls and Doors Free of Smudges
• Window Sills and Tracks Cleaned
• Chrome Fixtures Polished
• Pictures and Frames Cleaned
• All Countertops, Vanities, Sinks, Tubs, and Toilets Cleaned and Disinfected
• Pillows, Drapes and Bedspreads in Proper Order and Neat in Appearance

• Cabinets Waxed or Polished
• Mirrors Cleaning
• Wood Furniture Polished
• Exterior Entrance way Cleaned
• Cigarette Containers Cleaned
• Sales Displays Dusted and Cleaned
• Public Restroom Cleaned
• Water Cooler Area Cleaned
• Trash Removed
• Artificial Plants Cleaned
