General LJ’s Job Description
General Pay: $8.00 to $10.00
Hours: Approximately 30 to 40 hours per week | Holidays and Weekends | Monday through Friday
Duties:
Perform tasks in general cleaning, window washing, new home and model home cleaning, construction cleaning, sweeping, bathroom cleaning, window cleaning, kitchens, furnishings, common areas, lights, fixtures and removal of all trash and more.
Employees will be required to use various types of approved cleaning materials and techniques to clean a variety of surfaces and areas.
Work will require frequently bending, stooping, walking, standing, and work in cramped spaces and areas where he/she will have to climb. Work is often on concrete and rough uneven terrain in and out of new homes or buildings. Work requires lifting and moving of heavy items.
